New Memberships
If you would like to know a bit more about our facilities please review the About Us page. If you have an interest in joining the range please complete an online application by selecting the 'New Membership Application' button above. Applications are accepted year long and there is no waiting period for new memberships. If you would like a tour of our facilities please send an email to Membership@wcfw.org to arange a tour.
The initial fee is $340 which includes a $100 application fee. After your first year, the yearly fee is $240 per year. When you first join, you are required to complete an online orientation/safety course. After completion of the course, you will be issued a gate card for club access. Both fees are non-refundable.
Memberships are for one family, which consists of husband, wife, and children up to age 18. An Associate Membership is available to a member's spouse that would like to have their own gate card. There is a one time fee of $25.00 for an Associate Membership. Any member may escort up to 2 guests to the range in a single visit. All membership payments are non-refundable.
Other than the membership fee there is no cost to use the club and any of the ranges with the exception of the shotgun sports. Shotgun sports charge a fee per shoot to cover the cost of clay pigeons and equipment. See the individual discipline web pages (Sporting Clays, Skeet, Trap, and 5 Stand) for more details.
Current Members
The membership renewal process is an online process on our website. The yearly renewal fee is $240, you will be able to renew with a credit card or PayPal. Email reminders will be sent out starting 30 days before your membership expiration date. Your expiration date is listed under your account information on the Member Account page.
If for some reason you are not able to renew online please contact our Membership Director listed above. There is an additional fee for not renewing online.
All membership payments are non-refundable.
Privacy Policy
Once you become a member an account will be created on our website to grant you access to the members only portion of the site. You will be asked to enter, and keep updated, some personal information such as phone, address, and email. WCFW will never sell or share this information with anyone.
