About Weld County Fish & Wildlife / High Plains Shooting Range
This organization of sportsmen and sportswomen was founded as a non-profit conservation and shooting sports club over 50 years ago. The association is still involved in conservation issues, but has expanded its involvement significantly into education and promotion of the shooting sports, particularly providing support and facilities for adult and youth shooting sports and education. The association owns a 200 acre range facility eight miles east and one mile south of Ault, Colorado. We are a private member's only club but regularly host sporting events and club shoots in a variety of disciplines which are open to non-member participation. Use of the club outside of organized events is limited to members only.
